Refund Policy

Maiyya Rehab Occupational and Sensory Integration Therapy services, we are committed to providing quality care and customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Consultation and Session Fees

Consultation and therapy session fees are generally non-refundable once the payment has been made and the service has been rendered. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency or unforeseen situation), we may review the request for a refund on a case-by-case basis.

2. Cancellation of Appointments

If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a full charge for the missed session.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests for pre-paid sessions or packages will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • A full refund will be provided if services were not rendered, and the request is made before the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for unused sessions, provided the refund request is made prior to the commencement of any services.
  • Refunds are not issued for services already rendered, including any therapy sessions or consultations that have been conducted.

4. Pre-Paid Therapy Packages

If you have purchased a therapy package and wish to discontinue services, the refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions and their corresponding cost. Any used sessions will be charged at the full session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded. A processing fee may be deducted.

5. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, please submit a request through the provided contact methods, and our team will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the payment was made by credit/debit card or other online payment methods, the refund will be credited back to the same card/account.

6. Exceptions

This Refund Policy does not apply to any services or products that are explicitly non-refundable or that have been previously outlined in any promotional offers, packages, or terms of service as non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
